    At this point I cannot leave anything other than a tick in the positive feedback box. I want to cancel this order and have a refund of my payment. The Item was supposed to be delivered on 2 - 3 Jul. I sent a message and received no response to the reason why it hadn't been delivered. This is a sub-standard service that offers no support or feedback on the tracking. I am totally dissatisfied and would not recommend buying from this Seller

    Firstly, the service was top-notch, arriving within less than 72 hours in a secure box. The boots were immaculate as described, and more importantly, very comfortable to walk in and easy on the feet from the start. I highly recommend both the seller and the boots

    Very helpful sales team , sent out very quickly.I got it next day!!!Great value. Length is just right. Might need to size up as they suggested. I am normally 12 went for 14 so I could wear something underneath it. Would not of done if it had been a 12. . But happy with it. And as said before great sales team for any questions.

    Item not received. Ordered together with 2 other items which were only updated as shipped day after received. Neighbour signed for it as bulkier items but had no idea had arrived as order not updated. Reported damaged to packaging as not intact and sent 2 msg to say item not part of shipment. No response apart from sending shipment info as going though courier site for tracking it showed as non existent. Do not order via Ebay, use normal shop or site
