My hat I ordered was marked shipped electronically but the carrier never received it. I had to call seller to get it moving after a week. After I called them they finally shipped out pretty quick after that. It surprisedly made it on the final day of the delivery date window. So I will give them positive feedback although I had to stay on them. The hat was as described and I like it. Thanks.
