Our acrylic order arrived too scrathed to us & Trent Plastics immediately sent a replacement & looked internally to how and who packed the item. The Courier messed up & returned the replacement and Trent again sent immediately back to us. Was it a pain? Yes, it aways is when things go wrong. Did Trent quickly do the right thing at each step. Yes. Will order from again.

They made a replacement, with a careful QA review, which arrived in excellent condition and without the earlier issues. I’m really pleased with the final result. Things don’t always go perfectly first time, particularly with a bespoke solution, but the way they handled it showed great customer service. A positive outcome overall, and my turntable looks great.
