    EXACTLY as described, it looks like new. Packaged to avoid any damage (made it difficult to get out of the shipping materials, but I greatly appreciate the packaging effort). Item is in perfect condition which I also love given it is used AND I paid a lower price than I expected for it.

    Postage was very slow, however I have experienced the same from Japanese sellers. A lot of Japanese eBay and Discogs sellers cut costs be shipping through Hong Kong, and this one was different. However I see this as an unavoidable part of getting items from Japan for a more reasonable price. The packaging was excellent and the item arrived complete, as advertised. I would use this seller again for future purchases.

    Awesome seller! The order was shipped promptly and the item was safely packed with care! Arrived in perfect condition and the quality is immaculate!     My BTS 1st Japan Tour DVD arrived today. It was fast, considering the festive holidays. The quality, and condition are exactly as described. There was no damage because of the excellent packaging and the price was amazing too. Thank you so much for the quick cancellation and refund, which was my mistake. Five stars for customer service and satisfaction!
