    Hat was shipped in an envelope vs a box as it should have been. Result was a very damaged hat with creases and a warped brim. Also charged $8 to ship an envelope. I’m unable to use it and am out the $ because the seller never responded to either of my messages. Would have preferred a resolution vs. this, but it was out of my hands. If buying a hat from them, beware.
