    Item arrived as described. open without box but new. Good value hard to find a single battery for cheaper than that. Good seller.

    The item was advertised as an open box. The actual remote control was new and in excellent condition. A battery was supposed to be included but had been removed from the packaging. Hopefully this was just an oversight by the seller. I would buy from this seller again. Shipping was fine.

    New Bluetooth replacement controller for Klipsch 2.1 speaker system works great. Requested extra bubble wrap for protection but came in box with no protection. Seller on vacation when ordered which increased delivery time and had no Idea until they answered my requests for tracking information. Over all good seller, would buy from again.

    I purchased 3 fan remotes. I didn't want to purchase from ebay again since my last 3 purchases were super negative and ebay didn't help with the 2nd one. I couldn't find these replacement remotes anywhere much less for a decent price. 1 out of 3 didn't work so I contacted the seller and the customer service is amazing! I would buy from them again! My replacement remote is on the way and am super happy they work with my fans and customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! EBAY could learn from them!

    Seller sent purchased cable quick, but unfortunately did not meet my needs. Upon discussing this with them, they were able to quickly refund and handled the situation very well. Would happily purchase from them again.

    The item looked like someone drug it out of a rained-in dumpster. The box was water damaged -as depicted in the sale, so I knew that. The item was busted-up and corroded--non functional. The seller promptly refunded the purchase and apologized for their short-sightedness and my inconvenience. They said not to bother shipping it back. I would consider doing business with them again.
