She is outstanding The tree is gorgeous even better than described. Unfortunately, I purchased it right before hurricane Helene became a problem. We had several communications regarding the shipment of this very fragile tree. It was amazing all the precautions that were taken to ensure it would survive the storm and arrive in perfect condition. It was wrapped in a foam bed topper and double boxed. GREAT!
