I remember it being sealed in a mylar bag to prevent any moisture from getting to it, and typically I put some other kinds of packing material in to fill the gaps, be it tissue paper or bubble wrap, so I must have had a total mis-hap moment which is not normal for me. Thank you for the feedback and bringing this to my attention so I can do better for the next customer moving forward.
