  Perfect! Everything was very well packaged and protected, shipping was a minor issue however no one can plan for a giant snow storm to shut everything down. Items were described exactly as presented. The seller noticed a crack in a bowl when preparing it for shipment and notified my immediately offering a refund. I opted to accept the bowls anyway and the seller graciously worked out an alternative for me. Would absolutely purchase from this seller again!

  The pieces of china arrived promptly and exceptionally wrapped and protected. All pieces were exactly as described with even one that surprised me! Unfortunately, I broke one of the pieces while washing but that was on me; not the seller. I would purchase from this seller again in a heartbeat.

  Great items and packaging. Items as described. FYI - Thank goodness it was packaged the way it was cause the delivery driver threw the package a great distance onto my veranda even though it was marked fragile. I have security camera footage. Highly recommend seller.
