I didnt get a chance to open the package until about 16 days after purchase, but return policy is only 14 days. When I contacted the seller they refused to work with me to even exchage the item. He said it was too complicated to exchange. When I asked for a refund and I would just return and re purchase the correct one, he ingnored my emails. You received the correct part you ordered which happened to be wrong for your application. You requested a return after the return policy expired and wanted special treatment.
