The car itself was in perfect condition although the box was torn at both ends. Since it was described as new I contacted the seller to see if I could get a discount but they said I should return it to Ebay. Not worth the hassle to return it because the car was undamaged. I was disappointed with response I received from Tainz. I have purchased many items from them and found their customer service dept. better before

From that point on the USPS decided to take the item on an around the US tour. That item did more traveling then I did all last year. This tour was not the dealer's fault and the dealer was very responsive to my inquiry. So heres my suggestion; use the USPS tracking data and take a copy of the tracking data to the local USPS office and calmly ask them for them to do a trace on the item and get it to you.
