  The item I ordered was listed as NOS and it was exactly that . When I received it the box was in perfect condition as was the box inside containing the item . Shipping was good . Appearance was excellent .The purchase was a good value . I had an issue with the item so I contacted the seller and initiated a return . Communication was excellent and went very smoothly . Everything has been taken care of . Yes I would buy from him again .

  The marker lights arrived on time. It was well packaged and had a low price. It looked like the item listed in the listing. Unfortunately the advertisement had a typo and they were for O gauge not HO. I contacted Trainz and they searched for an HO version but did not have one available. They immediately gave me a refund. Although this transaction did not go as hoped, Trainz was very responsive and has always provided excellent service.

  The item arrived quicker than expected.. Very well packaged and cushioned. The engine condition matched the pictures. It appears to be in very good smooth running order. It had been inspected prior to shipment. Anything needing servicing seem to have been pre-done. Shipping cost were very reasonable. I had a few questions before I purchased it and they responded quickly with answers. I am very happy with the service provided by them throughout the whole process.

  Seller quick to pack and send my purchase. Packed well and arrived safely. The item is as described, new, original condition in original box. A great value for me and I appreciate the sellers posting for this item as the photos and statements were spot on. I have purchased multiple items from this seller in the past and never a problem. Thanks for an excellent transaction. I would purchase from again. Five stars!!!!!

  What an incredible experience, the seller shipped on time but the item got possibly misplaced by shipping company. We were in contact with the seller and they made contact with the company and after locating it, the train arrived. The box looked pretty good all things considered but had been well packed so it was not hurt and runs well. I would highly recommend this seller and will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future. We'll worth the price and great customer service.

  The two HO engines I purchased were as advertised. Packaging was good. What I was most impressed with this seller is their responsiveness to emails. The shipper was not updating tracking info and I thought the package was lost or stolen. I contacted the seller. I received a reply with in a couple hours. They were very helpful. Items being as advertised is to be expected. Responsive help after shipping is a definite plus.
