  Product arrived very well packed in bubble wrap in the middle of a box full of polystyrene chips - the chances of it getting damaged in transit were virtually nil. The Tureen itself was exactly as described - my wife was delighted with the replacement for a recently broken one. Overall very impressed with this particular merchant and will use them again.

  Beautifully packaged and safe delivery. Small items sent on 2nd class service so not sure why delivery was £14 but glad the items arrived safely and timely.

  The seller, Tony was brilliant, his communications were excellent. The very first item arrived damaged, Tony was fast with a refund & went out of his way to secure another (same) item quickly. That and previous items, have arrived (to the opposite side of the globe) 'very' secure. Thank you for all your effort Tony, it's been gratefully appreciated. I would definitely recommend this seller
