  Product arrived very well packed in bubble wrap in the middle of a box full of polystyrene chips - the chances of it getting damaged in transit were virtually nil. The Tureen itself was exactly as described - my wife was delighted with the replacement for a recently broken one. Overall very impressed with this particular merchant and will use them again.

  The seller, Tony was brilliant, his communications were excellent. The very first item arrived damaged, Tony was fast with a refund & went out of his way to secure another (same) item quickly.
