    After an initial issue of the item not being sent promptly as noted in the posting (2 Day FedEx) and my inquiry to the Seller as to the status and them figuring out it was not sent properly, but Seller took the initiative to provide a refund for the item, without requesting the item to be returned. This proactive step to correct their error was outstanding customer service. The item later arrived and was as expected.

The stand plate that comes with it is nearly impossible to screw on but the built in mirror stand works at least, to sit upright so one does gets results without the mirror falling.     brand new as advertised but the shipping and seller contact was the worst!!! 2 weeks waiting and in the meantime ordered fro a different seller and my equipment is fixed. to top it off it came from Amazon!! could have ordered from them if I wanted to!! now I have this part that I don't need but will not return it since this seller is not worth the effort.

    A+, wow this came super quickly!! Amazing!! Needed this for my watch and was glad to find it on here , also came in great condition too!! One thing we noticed , not a bad thing , we thought the package was from Amazon as the packing came in Amazon related packaging but no big deal, just glad it came quickly!! Would not hesitate to order from this seller again!!
