  My broom has finally arrived. Very impressed with the quality but then again you cannot beat a Queen broom. It is exactly as described. Very well wrapped. Excellent value for the money. I am very happy with my purchase. Recommend this seller.

  Great service, the supplier got the order wrong and shipped wrong items. When notified they immediately sent out the right ones and did not ask for old ones back. Everyone can get things wrong but its how they react to fix it that adds more to their value

  Seller did everything right, freight company totally dropped the ball. Item only scanned into the system when collected from seller. Tracking a joke. Literally arrived 2 days short of 4 weeks late. Again, not sellers fault.
