    This item arrived with the basin and inside cupboard shelf broken. Seller promptly offered a partial discount and replacement basin which I accepted. I was sent the partial refund immediately and new basin came within 2 days. I didn’t want to spend a lot but wanted to update the downstairs loo, so this unit and basin is perfect. Good service from the seller, I’m happy with the purchase.

    The taps look very nice, and well made. Competitive price and the items were well packaged. Delivery was quick. A very good seller. Not installed as yet, so can't say how they perform as yet.

    Metal bath plug send without rubber O-Ring. Send a message about this. They wanted to sent a picture from this plug. They should know what ITEM they sold to me. Have no time to make this. As a customer I expect a better customer service which send me this missing O-Ring without problems out. So with my experience I had I will not buy from this seller again.
