    New Roman blind kit from Tracy’s. There was a problem with the delivery and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was very good and although there was a delay with the delivery, staff went out of their way to resolve the problem. I have bought from this firm before, and despite the delivery glitch I would buy from them again. Customer service excellent and I would recommend.

    Refunded due to no stock. The seller acted quickly and made a quick full refund but as I had no product to review, I can t comment on the shipping time/description?! The listing showed that several pairs of curtains were available so I was disappointed to be told there was no stock, but I. Ant fault the seller for their quick action and communication. Thank you

    Delivered speedily in good condition (small tear in plastic packaging in transit). Curtains as described which are a perfect match to current ones, lovely pattern. Good value in my opinion.
