  The item was exactly as described and value for money. It was well packaged with the addition of a couple of free gifts which was a lovely touch. Slight problem with delivery which is not the fault of the seller. Would use this seller again and recommend to others.

  Tracked delivery to chosen parcel shop was excellent and extremely pleased with a brand new mug which was packaged with much care and kindness. The mug was as described and excellent value and was exactly the one needed to restore our collection. Highly recommend you buy from Tracy as she also has excellent taste in cookies and tea, magical.

  The item is exactly as described and my son-in-law will love it. This eBayer is a shining example of how eBay and its sellers should operate. Excellent communication from the seller throughout especially with what was a difficult day for the delivery driver, who had a vehicle break down on the planned delivery day. However, it arrived in time and I am thrilled with this mug, which had a surprise tea bag inside. It was beautifully and safely packaged. Absolutely recommend this seller A*****
