  Incorrect item was sent - a psa 8, not BGS 9. I offered to take the psa 8 at a discounted price (i.e. a partial refund) which was agreed, but instead I was taken down a road of having to make the purchase of a ps8 separately, and then ask for a refund of the BGS9. This meant I paid extra and then had to send a fake return to the vendor (in the US) to reclaim my refund. When I offered to do a settlement through paypal I received no communication. Overall quite disappointing given the cost

  Continuing on...Buyer said I had to pay the shipping and VAT fees on the second card, so I was now out $49.95 even though buyer agreed to buy it at a discounted price. I pay for US shipping, and the buyer is suppose to pay all import charges. Buyer's address is in the US! He then asked me to mail the first card he bought and then cancel the order! But he cancelled the order so that he would get the actual card and then send a FAKE card to eBay so he gets the first card for FREE!
