  Almost got it right tried to contact him no response the item that was pictured was not the item I got there's a date code sticker on the top of the ashtray insert they're different did not include the ashtray That was supposed to be in there in the original picture would not recommend this seller at all

  As the buyer, I jumped the gun on my initial feedback due to a no return policy on the original listing. I emailed the seller regarding the color issue, and they agreed to accept a return and have refunded my original payment. Excellent communication throughout the process, a pleasure to deal with.   Horrible experience, seller didn't communicate at all throughout the process and I had to get a refund through ebay because the item never arrived. I ordered the item, it was "shipped" 2 weeks after and untracked. After another 3 weeks of not receiving the item, I reached out to the seller and still no reponse. After 3 days, I reported to ebay and then received a refund. I don't believe that the seller ever shipped the item.
