    There was a (genuine) error in the listing, so the item I received (delivered VERY quickly after I bought it) was not what I was expecting. However, when I contacted the seller, they refunded me very quickly and efficiently, so even though I didn't get the item I ordered, I'd still be happy to buy from them again.

    Won it at a very good price. Absolutely brilliant, works perfectly and as described in the advert. Shopping was horrendous. Late. The box looked like it had been thrown down multiple flights of stairs however the packaging inside the box saved it most definitely so well done.

    A used HP drive caddy at a good price. It isn't new (they never are anymore) - but in good working order as described. Well enough packed to survive the postal service. Royal Mail is as good as postage gets - without excess cost or hassle.
