  Service was very good with fast dispatch. Sadly the hook/tail snapped off during shipping which I think could’ve been avoided had it been packaged better. Thankfully the seller communicated very well and offered me a 33% refund which I took. Hopefully I can glue the tail back on. Would be happy to deal with this seller again.

  The item was packaged very well and shipped promptly. Unfortunately, the postal service damaged the box and the item arrived broken. But this seller was VERY understanding and wonderful to work with! Seller immediately provided a refund and did not make me ship the damaged item back. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend purchasing from this seller!
