  Item arrived fast considering faulty usps tracking about which the seller was always in touch giving me helpful, optimistic communication. Packing was very secure and the beautiful model arrived exactly as described. Great seller where buyer will be secure with purchase.

  Arrived as described, delivery was prompt. I'd like to mention that it was packaged REALLY well which is a good thing, as the weekend mailman at my locale is lazy (unlike my weekday mailman who is not). Instead of putting the package on my front porch, she jammed in in my roadside mailbox so tightly, I could barely get it out. Sometimes the US Postal Service sucks - this was one of those times. Thankfully, no damage. Great ebay seller, highly recommended. I will purchase from him again!

  I was not impressed with the packaging, basically wrapped a very expensive locomotive in paper and sent it on its way. As a result the item was significantly damaged. Fortunately the seller was quick to respond and offered a fair partial refund. I was able to get it running again and repaired a fair bit of the damaged components, not perfect, but enough to where I am satisfied. Hopefully it was just a one off fluke with packaging. I will give them another try someday.

  I am very pleased with the purchase. Based on the description from the seller I was expecting some missing parts; however, after looking over the contents I found that the most important parts are there, so I am very pleased with that. The item was packaged very securely, and in fact it was difficult to open. LOL! That's not a criticism. The seller took great care in making sure the item was secure, and no damage would come to it. The original box was in good shape.
