  The shipping was quick and arrived sooner than I expected. There was a short delay because the reseller had a funeral to attend. The HP ProBook 650 was well protected with bubble wrap.   This item was packed well enough that even with USPS very rugged handling which damaged the outer box, thankfully, the item arrived undamaged. The Dell M6600 was exactly as described and functions perfectly. Although the listing described the OS as Windows 10, it actually arrived with Windows 11, which was nice and appreciated. (Underpromised and overdelivered) Great seller and would recommend.

  Laptop came with less RAM than advertised and something else not expected, so I contacted the seller. He was willing to make things right, but I chose to return it and get refunded. No arguing or issues. All transpired smoothly. Thankful it went well.

  Poor communication and slow shipping but the laptop was better than described when it ultimately arrived. All is well that ends well, I guess.
