Shipping was fast, and the item arrived well-packaged with all parts included. The listing notes no returns but offers free replacements for items not as described. One handle has ripped foam, and I'm currently awaiting a response about replacement. Considering the holiday, I’ll give it a few more days. Will update if needed. This seller was recommended by one of their own ambassadors on YouTube, and I'm so glad I checked them out. I got the exact Total Gym pictured, no flaws, everything packed professionally. Appears new and unused though listed as refurbished, and I got if for less than a third of list price. And shipping came to my door 4 days after purchase. What a nice Mother's Day surprise!

Have not totally got it unpacked but everything looks like it is brand new. Box showed a little use, but that’s normal for repackaging. I would definitely recommend the seller and the shipping was prompt and easy. I know that I’m 83 years old and I won’t look like CHARLES Atlas. Most of you will not even know who CHARLES Atlas was. Ha.
