    Arrived on time and in good condition, well padded, does appear to be in original packaging. Part looks exactly like in the seller image. Does contain the hitch pin as promised - it's visible through the packaging. (Whether or not it's the correct part number for my unit is my own doing - have a Whispaire with the serial number worn off so can neither confirm nor deny a match until install but it looks right at first glance.) Better deal than on manufacturer site once you account for shipping.

    The package was shipped promptly after purchase and arrived quickly which was nice. The package arrived sealed and wrapped for product protection. The product was new as advertised, and it works perfectly. The crazy thing is that many sellers wanted more money for a generic product. This was a factory product reasonably priced. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.

    Are you kidding me? This has to be one of if not the best seller on eBay PEROD! Better than described and my head is still spinning from the speed of the shipping! Oh my goodnes. Great honest communication and I would not hesitate to order again and again from this seller or recommend. I'm beyond happy and so will anyone that works with this first class seller.

    Item was as described, brand new and the shipping was very fast arriving in a few days. The item was cheaper from this seller than the manufacturer and was an authentic part as per the items summary. The communications were very accurate and frequent from the seller. I would buy from them again when I need appliance parts. Perfect part in excellent condition and original manufacturers box. Thank you!
