  Shipping was fast. Phone wouldn’t power up on arrival. I ordered a new third party battery myself and installed same. Phone then worked as designed. Seller provided a mutually agreed upon refund to cover this. If you can’t do the battery service yourself, the service centers charge $75 and more to install a new battery. Seller communication was excellent.
