  I ordered a 14k gold chain, but the item I received looked nothing like the pictures and was definitely not 14k gold. The seller tried to convince me to keep it by offering a discount, but I refused. Even though the item was shipped from the US, I was forced to send it back to China, which took forever and cost me $20 out of my pocket. The seller promised to refund the shipping through PayPal but never did. Very dishonest and misleading experience—would not recommend this seller.

  It took a while to get the bracelet, but it ws worth the wait. The bracelet is beautiful, and I got it for a dynamite price. Seller is highly recommended!
