Was shipped 3 days after purchased; arrived 4 days later. Box was damaged but the Labubu’s box was not. Wish there was stuffing or something to actually help protect the inside products. Real Labubu! Very satisfied and will be purchasing again. Bought on ebay live for a good price and it’s exactly what was shown! Thank you!

Outer box was absolutely decimated when item arrived, but shoes arrived quickly and were as expected. Seller did a great job of resolving the issue, even though possibly not their fault. Not sure if UPS kicked it around Ace Ventura style or if more cushion was needed in box. Either way great value and appreciate the seller’s quick response.
