The seller had been away helping her sister who was ill, and was not in communication zone. When she returned, she was diligent about getting in touch, and we were able to resolve the issue. She was apologetic, for the lapse, and was very professional and eager to make the situation right. I appreciated her customer service, and very glad we were able to work this out. Please disregard any negative comments that I have made

Please inform me on how this will be handled if possible or am to take the lost.
