    I am changing my previou negative review of this seller, to a positive. The seller had been away helping her sister who was ill, and was not in communication zone. When she returned, she was diligent about getting in touch, and we were able to resolve the issue. She was apologetic, for the lapse, and was very professional and eager to make the situation right. I appreciated her customer service, and very glad we were able to work this out. Please disregard any negative comments that I have made

    Upon receiving my package from vendor it was also put in a plastic bag from USPS stating that : We sincerely regret the damage to your mail during handling by the Postal Service.Upon me receiving this package that was damaged it was open & empty.When I looked up Customer Service phone & USPS .com to report this ,It is stated that the sender should File a Claim since I didn't receive the item inside of the package. Please inform me on how this will be handled if possible or am to take the lost.
