    Communication with seller was superb; they answered questions I had promptly. Item unfortunately was lost/stolen due to irresponsible handling by USPS; but seller still maintained excellent contact afterward, making it easy to submit a second order for the same item. This seller is very good.

    Beautiful pieces. Everything was packaged well and delivered quickly. There was an issue with the incorrect piece being shipped but the seller remedied the situation quickly by simply sending another hat pin and letting me keep what I had incorrectly received. I appreciate the solution and professionalism. Great seller.

    An awesome book for anybody who loves to custom paint model train cars. It was an amazing value and is way better than described. Shipping was very well priced for the size and well packaged. I want to deal more with this seller. Was a perfect deal.
