Recommendation: Improve packaging - understand that handling is harsh and as a result the package was in very poor condition when received. Placing the item in thinly wrapped bubble packaging is not prudent in relation to the handling of the mail carriers. Luckily, the item itself was not damaged. Improved packaging is required for future sales.
