Seller sent the wrong item the first time, offered a partial refund which was unacceptable. I opened a case to get a return, and they kept offering different options as an acceptable replacement IF I WOULD CLOSE THE CASE. Against my better judgment I closed the case so they would send an acceptable replacement. When the replacement ring was finally received it did not meet the expectation based on our communications and what was offered as a replacement.
