Item arrived in good condition no damage although it poked a hole through one side of the box( had Styrofoam cushion inside) Exact fit no issues & appearance quality made. Good value. When I contacted the seller they immediately offered a refund or replacement. Before accepting either I contacted USPS first. Amazingly my item made it to my home in a flash. It was the USPS tracking that made the mistake yet this seller was willing to make good on my purchase to ensure my satisfaction. A+ for customer service. BTW the item was of great quality. Thank you
