  The phone came in a shrink-wrapped box, which I think was the original box. It was an open-box item, so that was a nice touch. Everything was in the box, and the phone was in excellent condition just as advertised. Seller shipped promptly and was very communicative. I will definitely purchase again from this seller.

  Awesome Seller! Went out of his way to answer my many questions. Very helpful as this was for my 86 year mom. Kept in touch during shipping as post office is a hot mess and didn’t show my package for almost a week! Offered to send another. I said no we’ll wait a bit more. Photos is exactly as described and was brand new in package. I couldn’t ask for a more positive experience! Wish more sellers were like him! Greatly appreciate his help and honesty.

  All though the phone arrived early, and well packaged, it did not have the app shown in the photos of the ad. that app was my only reason for buying the phone. The seller was very helpful and agreed to take the phone back. Very good seller experience.

  This seller was very helpful i placed a order for a phone and it was delivered. when i tried to used it i found it would not work on my network. I contacted the seller and soon found out the mistake was mine. the phone i ordered was wrong for my network. The seller was very helpful and corrected my mistake as it was no fault of to them. They did a GREAT JOB of fixing my mistake in a VERY TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
