  Received as described, in a flat package. Didn't read the full description so surprised the container box wasn't included. (In future could be flat packed too so buyer can reconstruct to store the papers) Also counted them and missing 3 packs. Not a problem considering the price. Overall happy with the purchase as discount is applied to make them as cheap as possible 🙂. Thanks

  10 separate individual black Bic pens, as ordered. Arrived safely in a jiffy bag. Royal Mail messed up, they said it was coming on the Wednesday, but it was in a London mail centre. Didn’t update me that it wasn’t arriving till the next day. Obviously wasn’t going to arrive that day, so it was delivered on the Thursday.
