      Shock were just the ones for my Jeep. Packaging was terrible and barely held the parts together during shipping. Ordered this set by mistake! (I'm old!) Had already ordered another set and installed on vehicle. Now when I tried to return this set, the seller want's me to pay for shipping (they are Heavy) plus a 15% restocking fee! Terrible business practices by this dealer. Would not do business with them again. Buyer beware I guess! Not worth returning for me on a retired income!

      The item was exactly as described. It was identical to the original taillights. One from the auto dealer would have cost 6 times more, and that would be for only one light. I received both tail lights ( though I needed only one). Great bargain! Good communication with seller and fast shipping! Thanks!

      Part was as pictured, works perfectly. Packaging is a big scant, leading to the non-essential plastic shroud being damaged in transit, but it is a 12 pound part, so that can be expected. Will buy from this seller again.

      Superb experience with this seller in spite of myself. Simply put, I ordered the wrong piece like a big dummy. They were absolutely fantastic to work with as part of the return process. This is a seller I'll work with again not only for price and for fast shipping, but with the knowledge the customer service team has your back and will honor a return - in this case a FULL return - even when the customer pulls a colossal stupid and orders the wrong component. That extra effort is appreciated.
