  Seller accepted my offer on an already well priced item. Despite being a holiday weekend I still got my package before the estimated delivery date. Item was just as described "open box" ..what I received is exactly what I would expect from someone that opened a box and put all the items right back in. Saving seller so that I can buy items in the future.

  Item was as described and did work as it should. This is a great seller to deal with! The only down fall from this seller is their shipping, they do not package anything they sell. The way you buy it from the store shelf is the way you receive it. I know it saves money and time for them but sometimes something like that can go a long way with a customer and prevent theft or “missing packages”. See attached photos of how I received my battery (there was no box just received from UPS as is)

  Arrived quickly. Only 5 days even with the holiday. The listing said used but this thing is like NEW!! Well packaged in original box and packing materials. Can Not believe it ! Like new quality at a sale price! No smudges or wear! This is definitely a saved seller! Thanks guys.

  Well the good and the bad. Item arrived damaged - NO Fault of the Seller. Item was exactly as described. Reached out to Seller via messenger and got immediate reply. While the unit was no longer available in stock, the damage was something that could be repaired. At least I hope so. There was an offer for a full refund but I need it so I chose the partial refund and will attempt to fix it. Hope I made the right decision. I would recommend this seller for their great customer service!!

  We had a great interaction with this seller. Unfortunately the item we received was broken, but they were up front about the possibility of the condition being unknown when we made the purchase and stated they had an easy return policy. They were very responsive any time I reached out and they were right, the return was super easy. I would recommend doing business with them. The price was great. If it had been a functional item, it would have been an awesome deal.
