  Seller very quick to deliver and kept informed of progress. Item as described in size but very stock pot is cheaply made, but for the price what did I expect, will I use it yes but not for long the pan is large enough to hold a stock but not suitable to make a stock in and keep on the stove for any length of time. Sorry but is this worth it no, is the seller great and quick to deliver and arrive in great condition and packaging yes

  A pleasure to do business with this company. The basket was delivered broken and I could not be bothered with the hassle of sending it back, I advised them of my disappointment. They very kindly sent me another one even though I said they did not have to bother.

  My purchase arrived well packaged and promptly however when opened the wrong item had been sent in error. On contacting the supplier they immediately sent a free to return label and as soon as they received the item back (2 days) I was refunded. Great service.
