    Item was expeditiously shipped. The packaging was perfection, especially given the fragility of the item. The item was as described-no surprises. The value was good for the item itself but the cost of shipping (not entirely within the controller of the seller) added considerably. I imagine the fine packing job was part of that cost but it was better than receiving a damaged item.

    Received the Beautiful Ornament today and it is lovelier than the pictures. The package was wrapped EXTREMELY well with no breakage - I think it could have been dropped off the top of the Empire State Bldg. and the ornament not have broken. Thank you so much. It will be on a very special tree this Christmas.
