  Item was packed and shipped well. Carrier handled it like garbage - threw it over a fence 8ft where it landed out in the open and was rained on for 8 hours. Seller had wrapped and taped in plastic so box and contents wasn’t ruined. Great job! Cuter in real life than pictured!

  My item arrived within the original arrive by date and was in perfect condition. Also, this mug was packaged very well. This was my second purchase from this seller and both times I’ve had a positive experience. Shipping takes a bit, but that’s expected. Thank you for my mug :)
