  Disgusting service. Seller sent incorrect size, returned via official returns process and the seller claims the envelope was empty when they received it. Come on guys, it’s a £5.95 item. I wanted to re-order in the hope of getting the correct size second time round but I think not! I’ve been scammed.

  Seller responsed very quickly when my order went missing which was brilliant, second packet came quickly, my grip is the picture is very misleading, I thought I was getting all 3 extenders pictured ,it's in very tiny writing that there is just two in packet ,I wouldn't have ordered had I known as I needed all 3

  Ordered size 11. They sent size 10. How basic is that? No apology. Just asked me to return it. Looking at how many customers returned theirs and were told the package was empty, I didn’t bother. I wouldn’t use this seller again. 👎
