  Yuka is very easy to communicate with and will always respond. All the items are as pictured although the descriptions of the items are usually not in detail. Packaging is very good and there have not been any problems. The way they handle shipping fee is a bit different from other sellers. They charge the shipping fee as close to the actual shipping cost as possible. This means they don't know how much the shipping fee is until they ship. Yuka has been willing to refund any differences it had.

  Perfect transaction! Item as described. Sold as is, so I asked before bidding if this was in working condition. Seller responded that it worked & provided extra pictures as proof. I tested it w/a step down transformer & it was able to boil water, as intended. Seller was kind & even relisted this item for bidding. Fortunately, I won the bid at a super low price. Great quality.   The item was as described and well packaged. The individual postage cost was high but the seller agreed to combine two items to reduce the overall postage cost, which was much appreciated. It took a few weeks for the dispatch, however, the seller let me know that this was going to be the case due to an increase in workload on their side so I was prepared.

  Very beautiful statue! Just as described. I was searching one like this for many years and found the right one. Shipping charge was bit high and took longer but with International shipping it's understandable. Nice packing with multiple layers of bubble wraps, carefully wrapped around to protect the statue. Seller responded to all communications on time. Overall good purchase, value and good experience! Great seller!!
