  False advertisement. The iPods are not new and not sealed. They are selling refurbished iPods, which is fine. Just don't advertise that they are new and sealed. Additionally, the iPod I received has had the track wheel replaced. The one they put in doesn't even sit flush in the iPod (menu side sticks out). I tried contacting the seller to give them a chance to rectify the issue. I got no response. Poor customer service. Buyer beware
