  Product was well packaged and correctly labeled. But some glitch on the part of Ebay reported the package being delivered to the wrong address in the wrong state. When I reported this to the seller he quickly initiated a search for the "missing package." From there the seller kept me well informed as to the search for my purchase. Within a couple days, my order was delivered. EXCELLENT cooperation and communication from the seller. I'm very happy with my purchase and my experience.

  1st time buyer!!! My special Jim Shore Santa arrived a day later than expected due to severe weather and was still early! The quality, condition and appearance was more beautiful than the pictures! The price was below what I expected! The packaging was the BEST I have ever received, packed with love and care---not a wrinkled tape in the huge box! Thought I never was going to get it opened!   Shipping was super fast and arrived a day ahead of schedule, good heavy duty box and well packaged, the skates are actually 3.0 and not 1.0 pro model but otherwise the blades are fairly sharp and skates are in good overall condition as described. Great value regardless and very pleased with the smooth transaction, I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
