  New? Probably not. Nonetheless, a good watch at a fairly decent price. Seems to take a charge and work fine. Your packaging was quite bad. The Citizen boxes were in poor shape - just loose in a big Tyvek bag -- no protection whatsoever. The boxes probably were not really anywhere close to new condition before they were shipped either. I think you actually misrepresented this watch, so I will be careful in the future. The watch is, however, good enough. Thanks.
