  I received my obelisk within the stated delivery date, unfortunately the finial was missing so I couldn't connect it all. I messaged the seller who replied within 24hrs to confirm what was missing and had a replacement sent out of which I received within 2 days. The quality is excellent and I would highly recommend this seller. Their products are excellent and their customers service is second to none.

  The tree is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the delivery date kept being put back and I requested a refund, which I duly received. A while later it was delivered to me. I contacted the seller and was told to keep it, which was very good of them. Great service!!
