I contacted seller who issued a refund and said not to return the item. I then discovered it was only a partial refund, which she then denied. When l showed her the receipt confirming substantial shipping costs not refunded, she said "I didn't handle the shipping sorry'. I've tried contacting Ebay but that option is unavailable due to her issuing partial refund. Cannot open case!! I'm out of pocket.
